Denomination – IG Lisboa

Type of soil – clay-limestone

Tasting notes − with a delicate pink colour and a complex scent that resembles the weakest and tasty red fruits such as raspberries and wild strawberries, Manz Rosé is made with Castelão grapes. It’s equilibrated with a smooth and sweet butterine and a firm, fresh finish

Winemaking − pre-fermentation maceration, in an inert environment and at a controlled temp. of 12ºC. After extraction, the must tear is subject to a static clarification process. The fermentation process takes place in stainless steel tanks, with a controlled temp between 14ºC and 16ºC. Fermentation takes place after 4 months of maturation in stainless steel tanks, under conditions that enhance the preservation of aromas

Ageing – in stainless steel

Alcohol – 12,5%

Wine pairing − ideal as an appetizer, sushi, shellfish, fish, salads and also ideal for pasta

Type of soil – sandy

Tasting notes − rose colour, intense berry aroma. Balanced flavour, youthful and fresh with good acidity

Winemaking − the grapes fermented in stainless still vats at a controlled temperature of 14°C

Ageing – in stainless steel

Alcohol – 13%

Total acidity – 5,4 g/l
