Tasting notes − with a complex flavour and structure. The aroma mixture of black berries, sweet jams, and spices. Light notes of tobacco, coffee and dark chocolate from the wood barrels. Full with noticeable tannins and an elegant aftertaste

Winemaking − this wine is produced in very rare and traditional way: a grapes are crushed by food-step. The handed harvested grapes are crushed by trampling them barefoot in the estate's tanks. A latter complete fermentation on the winery cellar vats

Ageing – 24 months maturation in the winery cement tanks and another 4 years in bottle

Alcohol – 13,5%

Wine pairing – ideal with red meats, hare, partridge, salmon, codfish, wreck-fish or any cheeses of goat and sheep with very intensive flavour
