Winemaking − in stainless steel vats, the stemming is total with a pre-fermentative maceration of 2 days. Fermentation controlled at temperature of 25°C

Ageing − in American and French oak barrels

Alcohol – 14%

Wine pairing − goes very well with dishes of grilled red meats, game, and strong cheeses; excellent with spicy food
