Tasting notes − with a complex flavour and aroma mixture of black berries, sweet jams, and spices. Light notes of tobacco and chocolate from the wood barrels. Full with noticeable tannins and an elegant aftertaste

Winemaking − the handed harvested grapes are crushed by trampling them barefoot in the estate's tanks. A latter complete fermentation on the winery cellar vats

Ageing – 24 months maturation in new French oak barrels of 225L and another 12 months in bottle

Alcohol – 13,5%

Total acidity – 5,5 g/l

pH – 3,70

Wine pairing – ideal with grilled meats, lamb, goat meat, turkey, goose, roast beef or any cheeses of goat and sheep with very intensive flavour
