Tasting notes − dark garnet red wine. Full on the palate and rich in tannins. With a complex flavour and aroma of well mature berry fruits that links in harmony with wood aroma

Winemaking − the handed harvested grapes are crushed by trampling them barefoot in the estate's tanks. A latter complete fermentation on the winery cellar vats

Ageing – 12 months maturation in French oak barrels and another 12 months in bottle

Wine pairing – ideal with red meats, hare, partridge, cod, wreck-fish (polyprion americanus), salmon and also with intensive cheeses with corn bread or rye bread
